Program Description

HoyaList sends recurring automated SMS notifications to contractors who choose to receive alerts. Messages may include new homeowner project requests, contractor demand alerts, account notifications, and profile completion reminders.

How to Opt In (Call to Action)

Website/App Registration: Contractors provide their phone number and give express written consent by checking an optional SMS consent checkbox during HoyaList account registration. The checkbox is not pre-checked and is not required to create an account.
Keyword Opt-In: Contractors may opt in by texting START to +1 (XXX) XXX-XXXX.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from HoyaList regarding contractor alerts and account updates. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.

Consent is not required as a condition of purchase. Messages are sent only to users who have provided express consent. We do not send unsolicited marketing messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
